On June 8th local Girl Scout Troop 220 (led by Jada) personally delivered 200 sandwiches to Broken Chains. The troop saved their money and made the sandwiches themselves to provide meals for homeless people in Las Vegas. Pastor Cody and Heather delivered these sandwiches to a local halfway house and to the park where Broken Chains holds their outreaches.
The troop plans to donate sandwiches 2 more times during this summer.
We want to thank them for their thoughtfulness and care for the less fortunate in our city!!
Broken Chains wants to express our heartfelt thanks to IREM for all they have done for us in the past and are currently doing for the ministry.
IREM members have donated money, goods and time for the past several years to Broken Chains, and it is greatly appreciated!!
The IREM membership has expressed their care and concern for the less fortunate in our city and we at Broken Chains feel that IREM is a company that cares for their community!
Again, Broken Chains thanks you!!
Famous Dave’s restaurant catered our Wednesday Outreach on June 26th and it was great. Everyone was surprised and really enjoyed the meal! It was our last outreach until August 7th. See you then!!
We truly appreciate all of our volunteers who cook for the Wednesday outreaches. Brenda Asiedu and Charles & Judy Hopkins cooked wonderful meals in June. Our homeless population is so fortunate to be fed so well!!
You guys are great!!! We really appreciate your dedication to the ministry!!!
